About the founder
Hi, I'm Crystal
Over the past decade, I have worked in many different business areas within Child Support and supported many clients through financially and emotionally challenging times.
Before founding Child Support Consultants, I spent more than 10 years working for Services Australia Child Support, watching parents struggle with sensitive, stressful and intensely emotional legal matters.
I recognised a need for a “middleman” in the industry - an option for parents to have an authorised representative communicate with Child Support on their behalf. I could see how valuable it would be to have a dedicated Child Support Officer on each case, taking the confusion and emotional stress of sharing repetitive (and sometimes inconsistent) information with different people - so I founded my business.
My passion lies in helping vulnerable customers who have been subjected to Domestic and Family Violence, financial hardship, parental alienation, or the strain that comes with trying to rebuild or re-establish a family after separation.
