Assistance and expert advice on all issues and matters at hand. We are here to answer any questions you may have regarding your Child Support Case via email or phone. You’ll speak with the same experienced consultant every time, and you’ll have no need to contact Child Support!
Management of all correspondence and communication to Services Australia Child Support, including written updates regarding these interactions
Submission of forms and applications
Lodgement of care changes
Negotiation of payment arrangements and remittance of penalty debts
Request for access to information through the Freedom of Information Process, including call recordings between the customer and child support

10 Hours of Surveillance
- Our licensed and experienced private investigators will conduct targeted surveillance, gathering vital information to identify any hidden assets, income discrepancies, or deliberate attempts to conceal financial resources. This surveillance may include video, photographic, and audio documentation where available.

Comprehensive Background Checks
- Our PI will conduct thorough background checks on the other party, uncovering employment details, business affiliations, and any assets or income sources that may have been concealed. These checks provide critical evidence that can be used to challenge child support calculations.

Asset and Financial Searches
- In addition to background checks, our PI will perform comprehensive searches to identify financial assets, property holdings, and other sources of income. This helps us build a complete picture of the financial status of the parent in question, ensuring that the child support assessment reflects their true capacity to pay.

Detailed Reports and Evidence
- Once the investigation is complete, we will provide you with a detailed report outlining all findings. This may include affidavits, evidence of hidden assets, employment records, and photographic or video evidence from surveillance. All of this information can be used in your case to provide strong, irrefutable proof of a parent’s true financial position to support your processes and applications with Child Support, The Tribunal or Court.

Change of Assessment application submission to Services Australia Child Support if required, including a comprehensive statement of facts, issues and contentions under the grounds of:
- Reason 8A: The child support assessment is unfair because of a parent’s income, property and financial resources - (CSA Act section 98C(2) and section 117(2)(c)(ia)) and
- Reason 8B: The child support assessment is affected by a parent’s reduced income and there are special circumstances to justify changing the assessment to take into account the parent’s earning capacity - (CSA Act section 98C(2) and section 117(2)(c)(ib)

Administrative Review Tribunal Appeals (Formally AAT)

Stage 1: Application and Preparation - $1,200 + GST

Comprehensive review of relevant Child Support documents and decision letters
Zoom consultation where your specialist consultant will complete the required statement of financial circumstances and request for representation forms and obtain key information in preparation for the appeal submission and explain the process
Completion and submission of application for review of the Child Support decision to the ART
Preparation for hearing, directions hearing and/or early appraisal conference (depending on the matter (COA, Care or other Child Support Appeal)

Stage 2: Representation - $1,500 + GST

If representation has been granted by the member assigned to your matter (this will usually be prior to the to the Substantive Hearing)

Choice of representation in person (Sydney), phone or video conference
Written submissions and evidence to the ART including submission of documents and evidence directed by the member during the Directions Hearing
Verbal submissions during the Substantive hearing
