Child Support Masterclass for Parents

Understanding Child Support: What to Do Next
You already understand the basics of child support.
You know how assessments work.
You know it matters.

What you might not know is what to do next – especially when things aren’t straightforward.

This short online course is for separated parents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their options, and want clear, practical next steps, without wading through lengthy legislation, long on-hold phone queues, or the confusion of conflicting advice.

This course is for you if:

  • You’ve received a child support assessment and it doesn’t feel right
  • Payments aren’t being made, or aren’t being made properly
  • Care arrangements are disputed, unclear, or changing
  • Income doesn’t reflect reality
  • You’re tired of being told “that’s just how it is”
  • You want to understand your options before spending money on a lawyer
You need clarity, confidence, and a plan.

This is not a legal lecture.

This is a plain-English roadmap for what comes next.

You'll learn how the system actually works in real life – and where you have options, leverage, and your next best step forward.

Crystal Paduch

For more than 16 years now, I've worked in different business areas within Child Support, supporting countless clients through financially and emotionally challenging times.

Before founding Child Support Consultants, I spent more than 10 years working for Services Australia Child Support, watching parents struggle with sensitive, stressful and intensely emotional legal matters.

I'm here to reduce the confusion, overwhelm and emotional cost of child support matters for parents – and their children.

My passion lies in helping vulnerable people who have been subjected to Domestic and Family Violence, financial hardship, parental alienation, or the strain that comes with trying to rebuild or re-establish a family after separation.
